Gossip Girl‘s queen bee Leighton Meester keeps it cute in a ruffled floral-print Marc Jacobs dress at the 5th Annual Lucky Shops by Lucky magazine event in New York City on Thursday.

A portion of the proceeds benefited The Robin Hood Foundation, which funds and supports innovative poverty-fighting organizations in New York City. Leighton, 22, hosted the event, which drew thousands of women from across the country. For more information check out LuckyShops.com.
