Corbin Bleu keeps it cool in a grey leather jacket, v-neck, and jeans (all from D&G) at the grand opening of Dolce & Gabbana’s Flagship Boutique on Monday night in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old High School Musical hunk joined host Rachel Bilson and Twilight vampiress Nikki Reed to benefit The Art of Elysium.

The Art of Elysium is a non-profit organization that encourages working actors, artists and musicians to voluntarily dedicate their time and talent to children who are battling serious medical conditions. The charity will receive 15% of all sales at D&G that take place between December 15th to January 15th.
