Earlier this month, Corbin Bleu pulled off his pink goggles long enough to talk Motocross Action magazine about bikes, training, and Free Style.

The 19-year-old actor, who made High School Musical hot, dished to the mag at Piru Motocross track about the difficulty in transitioning from a musical movie to Free Style as well as dirt-biking. He shared, “Oh man, it [training on a dirt bike] was difficult! Like I said, I’m a physical guy so I try to break everything down. Still, just like any sport, it takes a lot of practice to get good. On a scale from one to ten, it was a seven or eight in difficulty. Motocross isn’t easy.”

Free Style opens in theaters February 2009.
