Blake Lively is Vogue's Best Dressed

Bundled up in a warm black puffer coat, Blake Lively whispers sweet nothings into boyfriend and co-star Penn Badgley‘s ear on the New York City set of their CW show, Gossip Girl, on Thursday afternoon.

Blake, 21, appears in the January issue of Vogue magazine as one of the 10 Best Dressed of 2008. She tells the mag about the style of her character, Serena: “He [GG's costume designer Eric Daman] understands where fashion is and where it’s going. He uses Kate Moss and Sienna Miller as his inspirations [for Serena] — effortless, bohemian, ethereal — and I love that look.”
