Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens: Oscar Bound?

High School Musical sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens might be taking the stage together as a couple once again �” this time with Hugh Jackman at the 81st Academy Awards this Sunday, E! is reporting.

The duo are rumored to be singing and dancing their way through the prestigious award ceremony, along with Hugh, Beyonce, Mamma Mia!‘s Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper.

The song-and-dance group routine is being directed by Australia director Baz Luhrmann.

Zac, 21, is also rumored to be presenting Best Song at the award ceremony. Twilight‘s Robert Pattinson has already booked his appearance.
