Robert Pattinson Brings Twilight to Tokyo

Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson is more than happy to stop and sign a few autographs for hundreds of awaiting fans at Narita airport in Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday (February 24).

The 22-year-old British actor, who recently presented at the 2009 Oscars, caught up with MTV on the red carpet and dished on New Moon. Check it:

On what he knows about the New Moon script: “I think there’s going to be some continuity. But it’s weird, because they are shooting it in a different city [than the first film]. I’ve talked to [Chris Weitz, director] a bit, but we’ve only talked about my character; I haven’t really talked about the whole look of it. But Chris is great with visual stuff, so it should be pretty impressive.”

On what scene he’s looking forward to film the most: “The scene where we [Edward and Bella] temporarily break up. On one hand, it’s completely impossible. And on the other, it sets a very different tone to the series. I think it will be good.”

On the release date of Eclipse (the third film in the series) that was just announced: “I didn’t even know that! Breaking Dawn is going to be at some point as well. Yeah, I’m gonna be Twilight-ed out by the end of the year.”
