Chelsea Staub looks fabulous in blue at the premiere of Jonas Brothers: 3D Concert Experience held at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (February 24).
The 19-year-old JONAS actress wore a one-shoulder blue dress with silver strappy heels. So pretty!
Chelsea stars as Stella Malone, the JoBros BFF, in the upcoming Disney Channel series, JONAS. The show follows the JoBros as they try to lead normal lives in New Jersey.

Who isn’t watching jonas? Well I am defintally not watching it! The jonas brothers are just a little group who will be over in a year.
Yeah, that’s what they said last year moron, and guess what? They are still around breaking records. and still will be for awhile so get used to it!
