Jamie Lynn Spears has been living the quiet life in Mississippi since the birth of daughter Maddie last year, but Britney‘s lil’ sis is looking for a comeback — in country music!

The 17-year-old former Zoey 101 actress is reportedly working on her debut album. A source close to the family dishes to E!, “[Jamie Lynn] has been quietly working on a country album since last fall.”

Another source shared, “[The Spears family is] trying to get Jamie Lynn a record deal.”

Big sister Britney is currently on her comeback Circus tour.
