Miranda Cosgrove steps out in a blue animal-print dress at Star Magazine‘s First Annual Young Hollywood Issue at the Apple Lounge in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening (March 11).
The 15-year-old iCarly cutie recently had some fun with fellow Nick actress Keke Palmer with their new webcams.
Miranda is not only nominated for Favorite TV Actress, but will also be presenting at the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards. GO VOTE!
