I hardly know exactly what you are referring to when you compare this movie to the Lizzie film. The Lizzie McGuire film was not a commercial success nor was it well received by the movie critics. The only true parallel between these films was that the Lizzie film featured the end of that series, which could also happen to Hannah. However, it’s not been set in stone that the movie is the end of the Hannah series. The money making power behind the Hannah franchise is the main reason why they (Disney) is mulling over what to do about it. Lizzie was never the money making machine Hannah is, nor is anything else tied to Disney on that level, at the moment.
While it remains to be seen whether the Hannah film will be a critical success, it is fairly assured of being a financial success.

To number 12 what I really meant was the fact that they both are fads and they will pass and some shots from this video were alot like the Lizzie McGuire movie. Eg the scene where she is trying on all the clothes and I bet at the end of the movie she will make the right choice.
Of course it will be a success because most young girls watch and love whatever Disney tells them. Maybe the reason Lizzie wasn’t as successful as Hannah is because when Lizzie first came out there was competition (shows directed more towards girls) with Raven and when Hannah came out there was no real competition but now there are more shows like Wizards and Sonny with a chance. But Miley was out first and will always have the bigger fan base. No matter how hard Selena and Demi and whoever else comes along while Hannah Montana is on try
Maybe I should have gone into detail here but I’m seeing a pattern between her and Hilary Duff.

#12 the suite life on deck in the ratings beats hannah montana, do the research therefor SLOD is more sucessful in television ratings matters. HM is a cash cow for merchandise, concerts, sountracks and music. But the series ratings are going down, and are nothing to be smiling about. Lizzie was Disney Channel’s top rated series at the time and was their ”cash cow”. But did not receive the promotion HM received and did not make the same amount of money and income. Hannah Montana is not Disney Channel’s top rated series and on average received 2-4 million viewers. Which is nothing compared to other shows.
