The 15-year-old actress wore a flirty, patterned pantsuit and a black Krma jacket, both from Intuition. Debby completed her fun look with Nine West boots.

no this is horrific! the pattern is totally unflattering, and the legs? they make her look heavy. her jackets cool, but not the hoops… basically, what was she thinking!? she could have rocked a mini dress!
