The 16-year-old starlet wore a flowy Cynthia Vincent top, Seven jeans and Eternity heels by Lovely People. Miley tweeted about her visit to the City of Love, saying, “eating italian in italy…. how original!”

This past weekend, Hannah Montana The Movie slid to the number four spot while Zac Efron‘s 17 Again took over the number one spot.
