OlderTaylor Lautner: 'Hard Work Pays Off'
While on break from filming, Taylor Lautner works out his biceps on the set of New Moon in Vancouver on Friday afternoon (April 17).
The 17-year-old actor told ET that he knew he was going to have to work out to keep the role of Jacob Black. He shared, “When we wrapped Twilight I knew where Jacob’s character was going, so I started to get to work immediately. I started hitting the gym. I just stayed focused the whole time and the role was always mine. It was a lot of hard work but it’s definitely paying off now.”
Taylor also dished on the pressure to make New Moon another box office hit, saying, “Now we have very high expectations. It’s a little nerve-wracking at points, but for the most part it’s just really exciting to be back and going.”

I think he had such great focus despite all the rumors that the role was going to be given to somebody else. And, he had to audition again. Yup, hard work really pays off.

he just looks weird now. he put on too much weight, even if it is muscle. it doesnt suit him. especially his face, the weight has changed the way he looks, its hard to see his eyes, like hes almost go them closed. he looked better before all the working out
