The 16-year-old actress tweeted, saying, “Just shopped like a mad man in TopShop!!!” Think she shopped ’til she dropped with gal pal Demi Lovato?
Miley also tweeted, “Thank y’all so much for making my record #1 im gonna make a mileyworld video about it tonight. you guys are the best!”
