Aaron Stone starlet Tania Gunadi caught up with JJJ recently to chat about her series and to dish about her role in the upcoming action flick, Star Trek. Check it out:
On how she felt the last day of filming on Aaron Stone: “I had mixed feelings. I was happy to go home to the U.S. to see my family and friends again, but at the same time sad because I had developed friendships and bonds with the crew and cast in Canada.”
On her hopes for next season: “I’d love to see Emma get involved in more combat situations next season, because I really have a lot of fun being Dark Tamara and helping Aaron Stone save the world!”
On the funniest thing costar Kelly Blatz has done on set: “Kelly is always doing stuff that’s cool or funny. I think the funniest things are when he plays little tricks on David [Lambert] in between takes. It just makes me laugh!”
On her favorite episode of the season: “I love the scenes in the barn with Aaron, Dark Tamara, and Zefir in episode 12, ‘Cloudy with a Chance of Ninjas.’”
On the last movie she saw: “‘State of Play.’ I actually really liked it. I like thrillers and I love Russell Crowe’s scene in the car while he was calling people from a phone list he had just found!”
On her top-secret role in Star Trek: “All I can say is that I have a small role, but it was an honor to be part of the movie, to work with J.J. Abrams, and with a wonderful cast of actors and crew. On my work days I spent about 4-6 hours in make-up prior to shooting and another 1-2 hours to remove it all at the end of the shoot, and it was FUN!”
Watch Tania beam into the final frontier in Star Trek, which hits theaters May 8th.
