The only really stupid thing is that this frivolous lawsuit got any attention in the first place. If it’s not tossed out at the first opportunity – sometime in June I believe – then there is no rhyme or reason in this world. Be that as it may, the lawsuit – as such – had to go forward because that is the system, and in order for the system to work various procedures must be adhered to.
I hope the Judges laugh… this case is sooo ridiculous.
