Jennette McCurdy is pretty in purple as she arrives at the American Idol Season 8 Grand Finale held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (May 20).
The 16-year-old iCarly actress recently released her second single off her debut album, “Homeless Heart.”
20% of all proceeds from the purchase of “Homeless Heart” will go towards The Cody Waters Foundation. Cody was a personal friend of Jennette‘s who recently passed away from brain cancer.

No one here is taking “pot shots” or making “caustic remarks”.
In fact, they seem to be speaking the truth. She is the sidekick on a hit show who is doing nothing else other than trying to to get a music career off the ground, which doesn’t seem to be happening, since her newest release isn’t even on the iTunes charts.

of 1% of people who will EVER get as far as Jennette
has already. She’ll be just 17 and releasing her FIRST
album in June. ANYONE,, focused and motivated to
work THAT hard to accomplish their goals, gets
deep respect from me. Again, it’s early in the game.
