Victoria Justice keeps it fun and flirty as she arrives at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday evening (May 31) in Universal City, Calif.
The 16-year-old Nick starlet’s BFF Simon Curtis tweeted before the event, saying, “Chillin with Josh [Hutcherson] while he gets ready for the MTV movie awards. Bet u can’t guess who his date is. Ha!”
