Julianne Hough blows a kiss to the flashing cameras as she arrives at the 2009 CMT Music Awards held at the Sommet Center on Tuesday evening (June 16) in Nashville, Tenn.
The 20-year-old country cutie, in a tiered coral Jenny Packham Spring 2009 cocktail dress, was nominated for USA Weekend Breakthrough Video of the Year, but lost out to The Zac Brown Band.
Julianne will also be presenting an award later tonight.
