OlderRupert Grint Kisses Emma Watson Quickly
Rupert Grint keeps close to on-screen love interest Emma Watson as they attend the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince premiere after party at American Museum of Natural History in NYC on Thursday evening (July 9).
The 21-year-old red head caught up with MTV on the red carpet at the Ziegfeld Theater and chatted about the lip lock between Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. He shared, “It was quite strange. I’ve known Emma since she was 9 years old and kind of felt wrong being like that with her. It was fine, it was over pretty quickly (laughs).”
Emma echoed Rupert‘s statement. She shared, “It was really awkward. Rupert‘s like my brother, so it just felt very, very strange. But he’s a gentleman, and he was a great kisser.”

They’ve been asked this question a million times. They’re answers are bound to change.
But Emma never said she didn’t like the kiss itself. She just said she didn’t like that it was Rupert because he’s like a brother to her.
But all the actors who have seen the kiss have said it was really hot and will be one of the biggest moments in all the films. :)
