He shared with Seventeen mag, “Sometimes people would find out she was filming somewhere and it was like the mini paparazzi! You’d get all these little girls who are like four feet tall who are trying to surround the car and peek over the window – they were everywhere! And you could hear them from like a mile, too!”

Bryce may not be a stupid choice for re-cast, but the choice TO re-cast was ridiculously unnecessary. I’m as surprised as her that Summit would do something which would leave such a bad taste in everybody’s mouth. Secondary character or not, at least SOMEONE is fighting for Victoria. Can’t believe Summit & Howard would be so sneaky. They’re obviously not thinking of the fans who, it should be clear by now, are the reason that they’ve even been fortunate enough to have all of this success.

This was a BAD move by Summit. I would say that I hope they know what they’re doing, but I could care less about them now. Loyalty clearly plays no role here. I’m curious whose decision this ultimately was and what it was REALLY based on. Bryce Dallas Howard is a talented actress, but this might be fan-suicide for her. RACHELLE IS VICTORIA!

Summit, you have made the biggest mistake ever people now read these book with the characters from the movie in there heads and now you go and make a crackhead move like this. a 10 day scheduling overlap is not that bad. There is a lot going on in Eclipse that you can shoot around it. The last thing you should do is force your hand with these actors in this franchise. these actors are Beloved by there fans and to change one is a baaadddddd move. Rachelle Is and will alway be VICTORIA!!!!!!

@kellyt: I say that everyone who truely believes this is wrong (and I know I along with many others do) Should REFUSE to watch eclipse in theatres. I’ll just watch it for free online. I don’t care if it’s wrong, but I’m boycotting Eclipse! Rachelle IS Victoria! You can’t just replace someone 2 movies into it! It’s wrong! This is the worst move summit has ever made!!!

Epic fail summit.
As a newly gained fan of the saga, it disgusts me that studio executives would do such a thing without clear communication with the actor in order to work on a solution. Even though I have just discovered the saga I hope to continue watching that is unless this decision is retracted. Rachelle Lefevre’s performance was superb. To go ahead and recast the part on such terms is offensive to the fans. I plan on fighting this by not watching anymore sequels. Imagine if the film studio for Harry Potter had done something like this and the magnitude of the fans outrage. Summit better prepare for the rath of its committed fans.

In a article it said this dude is a 53 year old and her wants to merry her!!!!! That is not right i think he has mental issues. I really hope she and her family will be ok.
