Xavier Samuel: Still In A Bit of A Daze

Eclipse star Xavier Samuel flashes a peace sign to paparazzi as he makes his way into LAX airport in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (August 3).

The 25-year-old actor, who is on his way to Vancouver with most of the cast, recently chatted with The Daily Telegraph about landing the role of Riley in the popular vampire love series. He shared, “I’m in a bit of a daze but it’s a wonderful bit of news.”

Xavier also admitted that he’s yet to read the books, saying, “I managed to catch the film on the way over on the plane. I’m going to start reading the first one tonight.”
