Ashley Tisdale - Teen Choice Awards 2009

Ashley Tisdale looks stunning in a three-tone blue dress as she attends the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday afternoon (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.

The 24-year-old singer/actress paired her bustier and skirt by used/unused with sexy Christian Louboutin heels. Ashley is also nominated for a few surfboards tonight including Choice Summer Movie Star: Female.

Her boyfriend, music video director Scott Speer, was there to lend his support.

The TCAs will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers will air TOMORROW, August 10 @ 8-10PM ET/PT on FOX.
