JONAS leading lady Chelsea Staub gets her flirt on with the cameras as she arrives at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday afternoon (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.
Unfortunately, the 20-year-old starlet lost out to Demi Lovato for Choice TV: Breakout Star Female, but no worries — JONAS won for Breakout TV Show!
The TCAs were hosted by the Jonas Brothers and will air TONIGHT, August 10 @ 8-10PM ET/PT on FOX.
