Miley Cyrus: Shopping Spree Sunday!

Miley Cyrus snaps a pic with a young fan after having a mani-pedi at a nail salon on Sunday afternoon (August 23) in Burbank, Calif.

The 16-year-old starlet was joined by big sis Brandi, momager Tish and gal pal Kirsten.

After pampering themselves to a mani-pedi, the girls headed over to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for some ice cool drinks and did a little shopping at the Army store. Miley tweeted, “@thebrandicyrus and I are having the best day ever! Sushi, Shopping, Coffee Bean, Nails, and a b-day party for Dad!”
