Miley and big sis Brandi Cyrus keep close to one another as they head into one of their favorite restaurants, Katsuya, on Tuesday night (August 25) in Studio City, Calif.
The 16-year-old starlet finally got something in her stomach to wind her busy day down. She tweeted, “Had an awesome dinner with Kesha, Luke, and Brandi! I love being with people who love music as much as I do.”
Miley‘s papa Billy Ray recently chatted with CNN about trying to maintain the balance between stardom and just being her dad. He shared, “The very best I can. I just take it one step at a time and do the best I can. My dad was to me what I try to be to Miley, which is somewhat of a best friend. I try my best to be a good daddy and if she wants to talk about business or music I try my best to be a good manager. I try to be all of those things because that’s what my dad was to me.”

I think her parents are less strict than they used to be :/ thats not a good thing because when she was 14/15 she got grounded because her juicy sweatshirt was tight and showing some skin but now they don’t really care anymore.
