Selena Gomez gets giggly as she chit chats with host Jimmy Kimmel and basketball star Shaquille O’Neal on Live with Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday night (August 27) in Los Angeles.
The 17-year-old actress dished on magic, Emmy noms and getting her teachers fired! Check it:
On meeting her younger fans: “It’s sweet. They always know me as Alex, which is my character. They’ll always ask me, ‘Is the magic real?’ and I’ll say, ‘Do you think it’s real?’ They always say yes. Then I’ll say, ‘Then it’s real!’ They’re cute.”
On balancing her school studies with her career: “I’m entering my senior year. I’m home-schooled and I do it on set when I’m on the show. Most of them [the teachers] have quit, you have two teenage girls and a 14-year-old boy in a tiny room and things happen (laughs). They wanted to leave us for bigger and better things…not just because we’re crazy.”
On her recent Emmy nomination: “We’re [Wizards] is up against iCarly and Hannah Montana. No [rivalry]…I’m fine with whoever wins as long as it’s a Disney show (laughs).”
Just two hours until Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie — 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel!
