Francia Raisa is Blue Lace Beautiful

Francia Raisa looks stunning in a blue lace gown as she arrives at the 2009 ALMA Awards held at Royce Hall in Los Angeles on Thursday night (September 17).

The 21-year-old Secret Life of the American Teenager actress, wearing blue sapphire and diamond earrings and bracelet by Naina Kothari, is nominated for Best Drama Actress for her role as Adrian Lee on the popular ABC Family series.
