New Moon actress Christian Serratos makes black beautiful as she attends the premiere of Fame held at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening (September 23).

The 19-year-old starlet is an avid animal-rights activist and recently tweeted her anger at puppy mills. She shared, “Puppy mill dogs are kept in cages their whole lives being forced to breed. And when they physically can’t anymore, they are often killed. Learn more about Puppy mills and what you can do to help at humanesociety.org.”
