New redhead Andrea Bowen steps out in a black and white zigzag dress at the 2009 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at MILK Studios in Los Angeles on Friday evening (September 25).
The 19-year-old actress paired her two-tone dress with hot purple heels. Look at those heels pop!
Andrea is back on ABC’s Desperate Housewives this season, reprising her role as Julie, Susan’s (Teri Hatcher) daughter and she’s staying the whole season. Exciting!

I dont think it was a surprise that she is staying the whole season, otherwise you would have already had reports that the actress left the show. I am still excited to see how the storyline plays out and to see what happens. This season sounds great and Andrea looks great in these photos.
She looks so old with all the make up, she should tone it down just a little bit, don’t like the dress or the heels, they clash to much :( she should have worn a normal black dress and the purple heels, but maybe some Gladiators, not the ones she’s wearing, her feet look crushed into them.
