Debby Ryan shows off her curled tresses as she steps out at “A Night of Honour” held at the Universal Hilton Hotel on Sunday night (October 4) in Universal City, Calif.
The 16-year-old Suite Life sweetie wore a black off-the-shoulder dress with rhinestone accents from WindsorStore.com.
The event, which was hosted by Dr. Phil McGraw and honored actor Gary Sinise, benefited the Iraq Star Foundation. Over 40,000 wounded veterans have returned to the United States from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and many have received injuries that require additional reconstructive surgery.

I’m sorry to her fans for saying this but personally I think she looks messed up. I mean the dress is beautiful but it’s kinda long for her, which makes her look chubbier than she actually is.
