David Archuleta will be spreading the Christmas spirit around the nation this year — he’s going on tour!
The 18-year-old American Idol alum announced in a video blog, saying, “I’m in the middle of a writing session but had to take a break to tell you all I’m going on a Christmas tour. It’s pretty exciting! I’ll be performing some regular songs plus the Christmas songs. ”
David continued, “My Christmas album comes out TOMORROW and I’m so stoked. I can’t wait for you guys to hear it and know what you all think about it.”

I heard David’s Christmas album and it is a masterpiece! beautiful beyond words!!! I’m going to the record stores tomorrow to buy more copies to give to my family and friends. His album is a MUST HAVE!!! too bad he is not coming close to Florida for his Christmas tour :( but I’m looking forward to seeing all the videos and pictures from other fans. David Archuleta is simply THE BEST!

ok – I just listened to the whold cd over at AOL (they are doing some kind of full-streaming listening party for some cds). I can tell you that it is amazing – Some of the songs just build to such powerful endings. Ave Maria and Oh Holy Night and What Child is This were overwhelmingly beautiful. Pat-A-Pan which I thought I might not like is great – I have listened to it about 10 times and I really love it. The harmonizing with Charice was perfect. Ok I will stop now – but I keep playing Ave Maria over and over and……………(stoping now – sorry). (It is so great to hear Archuleta’s voice front-and-center with that great tone………(and really stopping now).

I am so sad he won’t be having a stop in AZ. Listening to the cd from AOL and it has brought me to tears. It is fantastic!!! Melodies Of Christmas just must get played on the radio. Can’t until tomorrow to get the actual cd in my hands!!
I heard David’s album and it’s AMAZING !!! I’m from France and I hope to see David in Europe soon, maybe for the promotion of his second pop album ?!!
David’s not coming to Canada either :( It’s sad but I understand that he can’t be EVERYWHERE for such a short tour. I’ll wait for him. In the meantime, I also heard the AOL cd stream and it’s breathtaking. I’ve already pre-ordered but I think I may need more!!!!! David you are PRECIOUS!!
Jenah, I’m curious ~ how’ his French? lol. It wouldn’t matter though, I’d buy it anyway! Anything David sings is bound to be FANTASTIC! I am definitely a “forever fan!.” I’m just soooooooo disappointed he isn’t coming to Florida this time! David ~ your family will miss seeing you? (They’re probably traveling to Utah for the holidays! Imagine David singing by the fireplace for his family ~ OMG!!!) Anyway, I’ll be doing my part, standing in line for the CD, buying my dozen or so!

Could he be any sweeter or cuter…don’t think so! I’ve heard some of the songs from the album (I’m weak)…been in tears every single time I hear “Ave Maria”! Everyone will enjoy this album…there’s something for everyone and David puts his heart & soul into every beautiful song. The notes he reaches in “Oh Holy Night” are brilliant/soaring. The duet of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” is so pretty and I love to hear David sing “Christmas Eve will find me…where the love light gleams” in “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”…smooth as silk, my friends!

AAGH! I’ve tried sooo hard to remain a spoiler virgin, and I refuse to listen to the songs ’til that CD is in my hot little hands tomorrow night. But it’s coming from David…it’s gonna be AMAZING!!! And I desperately want to see David on tour and get a VIP package, but IDK if things will come together. I hope so! Love ya, David. You’re like part of my family…
