Blue-eyed beauty Maiara Walsh steps out at the 2009 Friendly House Luncheon held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Saturday afternoon (October 24).

Established in 1920, Friendly House was part of a new national settlement house project of the federal government to assist both new immigrants to the United States and the poor. Now, the non-profit organization’s mission is to foster excellence in the community by serving the educational and human service needs of its people.

Maiara recently stopped by former Cory In The House costar Jason Dolley‘s new show. She tweeted, “At the taping of the new Disney show Good Luck Charlie starring Jason Dolley and a very talented cast! Check it out when it airs next year!”
