Miranda Cosgrove shines in a blue diamond-patterned dress as she arrives at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards held at the O2 Arena in Berlin, Germany on Thursday night (November 5).
The 16-year-old iCarly star will be presenting tonight during the ceremony.
Miranda tweeted earlier this morning, “Just went to the rehearsal for the EMA‘s. Got to see Katy Perry and the Jonas Brothers. Also watched Leona Lewis and Shakira rehearse.”
