The 17-year-old Twilight star, who is the mag’s youngest cover star ever, dished, “My character continues to grow, so Iâ€™d like to pack on at least a few more lean pounds. I was exercising so hard that I began to lose weight.”
Taylor‘s trainer, Jordan Yuam shared that anyone can build muscle like Taylor. “Inexperience works to your advantage. The less muscle you have the easier it is to gain muscle mass more quickly,” he said.
