Wearing a festive Santa hat, Adrienne Bailon wheels in a wagon filled with Fisher Price toys into The Beth Isreal Medical Center for sick children on Wednesday afternoon (December 23) in NYC.

The 26-year-old singer shopped at Toys-R-Us this afternoon for the kids and tweeted, “Ok I’m back Twitter fam!!! Sorry I’ve been gone for a minute :( I can’t believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve sooo I might wanna go shopping! Ha.”

One fan even tweeted about meeting Adrienne in the store, saying, “Just ran into @Adrienne_Bailon in ToysRUs and I have to say she is the sweetest person, definitely genuine and humble *besos.”

Adrienne also stepped out at the AXE Lounge at 10AK party with Kristin Cavallari earlier this month.
