The Sonny With A Chance starlet turns 24 today — a Valentine’s Day baby!

Tiff‘s done a lot in the last year — she’s sung of princes and with frogs, starred in Hatching Pete with Mitchel Musso and Jason Dolley and really found her prince!

She tweeted this afternoon in preparation for her birthday dinner, “A good way to figure out who your true friends are: invite them to your birthday dinner and see who actually shows up and doesn’t decide they have something better to do.”
