OlderDebby Ryan & Jean-Luc Bilodeau Film '16 Wishes'
Debby Ryan watches costar Jean-Luc Bilodeau make a funny face as they shoot new scenes for their upcoming DCOM, 16 Wishes in Vancouver on Tuesday evening (February 16).
JJJ doesn’t know much about the film, but what we do know is that Debby and Jean-Luc (who you may remember from Kyle XY) star alongside Cainan Wiebe.
Cainan will play Debby‘s brother who is described as ” brother a cheeky, mischievous, endearingly annoying kid who has a somewhat fractious relationship with his sis.”

This is beyond amazing. I cannot wait to see Debby’s 16 Wishes and Jean is extremely cute. Vancouver is AH-MAZ-ING right now, Debby is really lucky and looks great. She’s my idol!!! Love her forever.
