Birthday girl Kaili Thorne shows off one of the delectable cupcakes from Whitnie Burke Cupcakes over the weekend at her surprise party at Royal-T Cafe in Culver City, Calif.
The now 18-year-old actress welcomed an array of guests including Kyle Kaplan, Charlie McDermott, Nate Hartley, and Logan Lerman.
Kaili wore a gorgeous Jesus Estrada red tulle dress while lil sis Bella showed off 10-year-old designer Cecilia Cassini design.

Who are they? The young sister was in those DLP commercials, but what makes her famous other than that, and what makes her sister famous. I have never heard of her.
