Bailee Madison cuddles close to costar Tanner Maguire as they step out at the 2010 Movie Guide Awards and Gala at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening (February 23).

The twosome star in the upcoming Letters to God which follows a young boy who is fighting cancer and writes letters to God, touching lives in his neighborhood and community and inspiring hope among everyone he comes in contact. An unsuspecting substitute postman, with a troubled life of his own, becomes entangled in the boy’s journey and his family by reading the letters.

Bailee and Tanner presented Best Animated Feature at the award ceremony. Pals Kyle and Christopher Massey were also in attendance.

Letters to God hits theaters on April 9.
