Justin Bieber: Birthday Cake Face!

Justin Bieber smashes some birthday cake in his face as he appears on the RTL2 music show The Dome 53 held at the Velodrom in Berlin, Germany on Friday afternoon (March 5).

The 16-year-old tweeted his appreciation for the cake, saying, “Just performed for THE DOME in Germany…after they brought me out a cake…went head first in to that thing. I LOVE CAKE. haha.”

Justin will be performing live on “QVC Presents QSessions Live,” where he’ll also sell special copies of his upcoming album My World 2.0. Early birds will not only be able to purchase the album two weeks prior to the March 23 release date, but they’ll also get an exclusive DVD for their troubles.
