Jillian Clare steps out in head-to-toe black as she arrives at opening night of CATS held at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (March 9).

The 17-year-old Miss Behavin’ star is currently working on the web series where she plays stars as Victoria “Tori” Archer, the daughter of mega-successful parents.

Tori gets more than she bargained for when she begins deceiving her childhood friends (Brett DelBuono, Jenna Stone) to cover up her exciting new alter ego.
