Lily Collins keeps close with a guy pal as they’re spotted outside Alternative Apparel’s Fall 2010 Collection Presentation in Los Angeles on Monday night (March 22).

The 19-year-old The Blind Side actress was also spotted out at the grand opening of Odd Molly boutique flagship late last week.

Lily will join Brainsurge‘s Jeff Sutphen to host the “Countdown to Kids’ Choice!” live pre-show telecast from 6 -8PM ET/PT THIS Sunday, March 27th. The pre-show telecast will include Miranda Cosgrove’s first-ever performance of her new single “Kissin U.”
