Ashley Tisdale is 98% Angel

Ashley Tisdale answers a call on her cell as she and boyfriend Scott Speer head back to their car after a little retail therapy in Malibu, Calif., on Saturday afternoon (April 3).

The duo stepped out last night for a little dinner at Beso before heading to Wonderland nightclub to celebrate pal Aly Michalka‘s 21st birthday.

Ashley, who is set to jet out to Vancouver this weekend, will welcome Matt Barr to the Hellcats family. He’s rumored to play Dan Patch, a womanizer who quietly pines for Marty (Michalka).
