Booboo & Fivel Stewart Launch My Brother Charlie

Booboo Stewart shows off his siblings Fivel and Sage at the launch of the new children’s book “My Brother Charlie” held at Culver Studios in Culver City, Calif., on Sunday afternoon (April 11).

The 16-year-old Eclipse star caught up with Bop mag to clear the air about his recent run in in Vancouver. Booboo shared, “All I can say is that at the appearance, someone decided on a dare to hit me, but I wasn’t hurt. He was held until the police came. I went back to greet the fans, but it’s just lame how peer pressure resulted in such a bad decision on his part. I’m fine.”

“My Brother Charlie” was written by Holly Robinson Peete and her daughter Ryan. It tells the story of twins Callie and Charlie who have a lot in common, but they are also very different: Charlie has autism. Callie narrates the story, describing what autism is and exploring the issues that come along with it. The theme is of love, patience, and acceptance.
