OlderVanessa Hudgens: Beastly Trailer Premieres Monday!
Alex Pettyfer sweeps Vanessa Hudgens right off of her feet in this new still from their upcoming flick, Beastly.
MTV will be premiering the official trailer for the fantasy romance on MONDAY, April 19th. So be on the lookout!
Beastly follows Kyle Kingson (Pettyfer), a popular kid with a mean streak who ditches a date. His date, Kendra (Mary-Kate Olsen), turns out to be a witch who curses him to become everything he hates. The grotesque transformation leaves him with the seemingly impossible task of finding true love (Hudgens) to break the ugly spell.
The film hits theaters on July 30th.

AHHHHH, MY ALEX!!!!
I hate saying this but I’m just not feeling this movie. Maybe its because I’m not in the target demographic. Maybe it’s because I think if you’re going to do a version of “Beauty and the Beast” you should actually have a beast. And Alex Pettyfair’s character does NOT look anything like a beast. He looks like a guy with body piercings and tattoos. Not very attractive I grant you but in no way beast like.
Having said that I”m glad that CBS Studios seems to be behind this film and I hope its a big hit for Vanessa. I might see it depending of the buzz it gets closer to its release date but right now as Randy Jackson might say “It’s just not doing it for me, dawg.”
