Vanessa Hudgens stares back at Alex Pettyfer as they sit in a rose garden in the new official trailer for their upcoming flick, Beastly.
The 21-year-old actress offered tips to MTV on just how to go see her new movie: “The perfect way to go see Beastly, if you’re my age or a teenager, I’d say bring your boyfriend or bring your girlfriends. Go have dinner somewhere, or maybe invite your friends over. Get pizza and drinks and then go to the movie theater. You should go with your friends, because it will make it that much more fun. And it’s a really enjoyable movie.”
In the upcoming movie, Kyle Kingson (Pettyfer) is a popular kid with a mean streak who ditches a date. His date, Kendra (Mary-Kate Olsen), turns out to be a witch who curses him to become everything he hates. The grotesque transformation leaves him with the seemingly impossible task of finding true love (Hudgens) to break the ugly spell.
Beastly hits theaters on July 30th.

It’s based on the book but it is a screenplay therefore it may have a number of things we are not expecting. Further I read the book there is still plenty missing in the trailer
