The 17-year-old singer will be taking over the hosting duties that the Jonas Brothers had last year, and will also be performing her breakout hit, “Can’t Be Tamed.”
Justin Bieber and Katy Perry are also expected to perform.
Miley was spotted out this afternoon with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth at XIV Karats in Beverly Hills.
