GLEE Comes to DVD & BluRay in September!

Check out the cover art for GLEE: The Complete First Season!

GLEE, starring Lea Michele, Dianna Argon and Cory Monteith, follows an optimistic teacher who – against all odds and a malicious cheerleading coach – inspires McKinley High’s Glee Club to conquer the world one singing competition at a time.

Creator Ryan Murphy dished about what you can expect on the DVD pack, “When we developed the Blu-ray and DVD, we wanted to give those fans something special because they’ve been so great to us. There’s everything from a sing-along karaoke, to a behind-the-scenes look at our Madonna episode, to a dance lesson from our amazing choreographers. There’s even some all new Sue’s Corners which have never been seen before. It’s our ‘thank you’ to the Gleeks.”

GLEE: The Complete First Season hits shelves on Tuesday, September 14th and also includes a “Gleebate” for fans that previously purchased GLEE: Volume One: Road To Sectionals. Check out for more details.

I am definitely going to add this movie to my video collection

  • Marianne

The only thing I want to know, is what about the people (like myself) who bought the Road to Sectionals DVD, are they gonna be releasing just the back 9 episodes as well?

  • Chris

what a jip! Only a 10 rebate for ppl who purchased “Road to Sectionals” I still paid like $30 for that first volume…so i lose out on $20?… and still have to purchase the whole season 1 dvd box set to get the new episodes?

  • Marjo

that’s why i didnit buy the one of the road to sectionals … i knew there were coming up with a whole season

  • Marianne

Well the next bet is try to re-sell it.

  • Chris

I was just thinking that, It just kind of sucks they aren’t even thinking about coming out w/a volume 2 along with selling the box set as a whole

  • Chris

I guess it kind of pans out though, if they did come out w/a volume 2 it’d probably also be around 30 so i would have spent 60 anyway and the whole box set is 60 as it is or around that price…so maybe it would save me some money :-/ idk…minus my rant I really am looking forward to the new episodes being on dvd haha

the link for the rebate does not work.
