Victoria Justice lets the wind blow her hair back as she arrives at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal Studios on Sunday afternoon (June 6).
The 17-year-old actress lit up the red carpet with a BCBG Max Azria one-shoulder dress and her stunning smile.
